Refund Policy

Return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To qualify, products must be uninstalled, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.​

​Hygiene Standard: We cannot accept returns on toilets that have been installed or used.​

 

Shipping Costs: Customers cover return freight unless the unit arrived damaged.​

 

Restocking Fee: A 15% fee applies to large palletized shipments.

 

​Damage Claims: ​Inspect your throne immediately upon arrival. Report any cracks or defects within 48 hours to receive a free replacement.
