1. Orders and Payment

All orders depend on availability. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion. You must provide accurate payment information; all transactions are processed securely.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We ship via specialized freight for fragile items. Inspect your delivery immediately. You must report any transit damage within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a replacement or refund.

3. Returns and Hygiene

Due to health and safety regulations, we only accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging. Once a toilet has been installed or used, it is non-returnable.

4. Installation and Liability

We sell hardware only. You are responsible for professional installation. We are not liable for water damage, improper plumbing, or labor costs resulting from faulty installation or product defects.
